Billy you have known me since I was born. I couldn't ask for a sweeter person. You mom and papa joe had a lot of good times together. I remember when I was little girl at Mrs Pat house you took all of us girls to the show and I didn't have clean clothes so you took me to bye a whole new set where I could go with Cindy Sherrie Anita Michelle Fran and misty. Then as I got older and had my son little Keith was 8 months old and you and papa joe got little Keith his first rocking horse. You made our baby so happy. I used that rocking horse for all 3 of my kids thank you. Every time I seen you you always treated me with respect and a smile. You always asked me hey baby girl how's momma doing or how joe doing? And you would say it is always good seeing Helens kids. You will be missed. We all love you and your apart of our family. Our heart goes out to your family.
I loved Mr. Bill. He would always bring treats to the tax office when he paid his tax. He will be missed
