My first days with the Health Dept. in 1981 were spent with Bill with him showing the new kid on the block the procedures. It was not only a joy to work with him but I have always had great respect for Bill as he made a lasting impression on me. Wish we would have had more time together. We lost a good, honest man and I have you his family in my prayers.
