Whitney Alphonse Richard's Obituary
Whitney Alphonse Richard, son of the late Evariste J. and Laura Parr Richard, at his home in Mandeville on Friday, December 16, 2005. Beloved husband of Louise Baudoin Richard; father of Ronald J. Richard and Rosemary R. Graziano; brother of Verine R. Zeringue and the late Alexina R. LeBlanc, Lorentine R. Robichaux, Virginia R. Punch and Marceline, E.J. and Oleus Richard. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Aged 89 years, a native of Lockport, LA and a longtime resident of Harahan before moving to Mandeville in 2002. Mr. Richard worked in the Insurance industry for over 40 years and retired as Claims Manager. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Tuesday, December 20, 2005 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433. Visiting hours will begin Tuesday at 10:00 AM. Interment is scheduled for 3:00 PM at the Holy Savior Catholic Church Cemetery in Lockport, LA.
