Wayne Joseph “Joey” Wortmann passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 18, 2025, from Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP). He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur C. Wortmann Sr. and Leah Glaser Wortmann and his brother, Rodn Read Obituary

I went to school with Wayne/Joey at S.J. Peters and Nicholls High many years ago. Joey was a fun person to be around. I lived in Pines Village, and we rode the school bus together. We also played sports together. It sounds like Joey had a great life with a great family. I'm sorry for your loss.- QuinBates
