Warren Elvin Foster's Obituary
Warren Elvin Foster was born February 13, 1923 IN New Orleans, LA and passed away on September 19, 2014.
Mr. Foster was the beloved husband of the late Estelle Brizzolara Foster, brother of the late Edward Foster, Albert Foster, Harold Foster and Myrtle Salsiccia. He was the loving uncle to numerous nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
Mr. Foster served his country in the United States Marine Corp during WWII. He served in Wellington, New Zealand; Tarawa, Gilbert Islands; Hawaiian Islands Area; Saipan, M.I.; Tinian, M.I; Eniwetok, Marshall Islands. He retired in 1983 from South Central Bell after 36 years.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue Covington, LA 70433. Visitation on Thursday, September 25, 2014 from 9:00 AM until service time.
Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, New Orleans.
