Wanda Fay Raines, age 58 of Westwego, LA died on Thursday, February 06, 2014, at The Sanctuary at Passages Hospice in New Orleans, LA. Born, Sunday, April 24, 1955 in Anniston, AL to Murl Liverett and Cara Liverett.
Survived by her Husband Meshell F. Raines, Jr., Mother Cara Liverett, Sons David R. Raines (Nikki), and Joshua D. Raines (Annette), Granddaughters Celise Raines, and Vaida Raines, Grandsons Joshua D. Raines, Jr., and John Raines, Sisters Charlotte Liverett Eiselen, and Pamela Liverett. She was predeceased by her Father Murl Liverett.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service from E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 11:00 AM. Visitation on Friday from 5:30 PM until 9:00 PM and again on Saturday from 9:00 AM until service time. Interment in Reed-Raines Cemetery Uneedus, LA.
