Vivian Peters Pratt's Obituary
Vivian Peters Pratt, age 83, of Covington passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, June 24, 2021. She was born on January 14, 1938 in Excelsior Springs, MO to Wayne Peters and Mildred Louise Rhodus.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Linda Lea Pratt Hathcox and granddaughter, Deaven Lea Hathcox. She is also survived by her sister Sandie Miller, brother-in-law, Bill Miller and her sister Virgina Brockel.
Vivian is preceded in death by her parents; husband Donald Robert Pratt, Sr.; son, Donald R. Pratt, Jr.; and grandson Joshua Alexander Hathcox.
Vivian was a resident of Covington, LA since 1992. She worked at Marsolan’s Feed and Seed Store for many years. Vivian loved LSU Tigers. She watched every LSU sport that was on television and if it was not televised, she was listening to the games on the radio. She was also an avid New Orleans Saints fan. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at New Beginnings Church, 29 Park Place, Covington, LA 70433 on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at 1:30 PM with visitation on Tuesday beginning at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow the services in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens, 2280 West 21st Avenue, Covington, Louisiana.
