Vivian Lee Escalante Morlier passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at the age of 87 years. Beloved wife of the late Stewart E. Morlier. Mother of Stewart E. Morlier, III (Barbara), Wayne C. Morlier (Jeanie), and the late Peggy Morlier Welch (Mark). Daughter of the late Odeal Prevost Escalante and Vincent Escalante. Sister of the late Irene Escalante Noote. Grandmother of Stewart E. Morlier, IV (Kristen), Wayne C. Morlier Jr. (Chris), Julie Morlier Baham (Bruce), David M. Morlier (Dusty), Paul M. Morlier (Yvette), D. J. Ledet, Jr. (Erin). Great-Grandmother of Stewart V, Helen, Kristen, Nathan, Corryn, Lincoln, Mya, Kason, Chloe, and Bella. Also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Susan G. Komen for the Cure or the American Heart Association. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services on Monday, March 31, 2014 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be on Monday from 9:00 AM until service time. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
