Vivian "Billie" Belcher Deckert's Obituary
Vivian “Billie” Belcher Deckert passed away on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at the age of 89.
Beloved daughter of the late Myrtle Eanes Belcher and Irvin S. Belcher. Loving mother of Laura Deckert Colomb, Mark David Deckert and the late Jonathan James Deckert. Grandmother of Forstall Rawlins Colomb, and Luc Henri Colomb.
Billie was born in Norfolk, VA, but has resided in the New Orleans metro area since 1952. She has enjoyed living in the Covington/Mandeville area from 1977 until now. She was a successful and well-respected real estate agent on the Northshore area for almost 3 decades and received numerous awards for sales achievements.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Sunday, January 27, 2019 at 12:00 noon with visitation on Sunday beginning at 10:30 AM.
Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
