Dick and Flava Lee were residing in CCC Estates when we moved there. It was wonderful era. We helped form Krewe of Olympia and our wives Juno.Dick could be counted on to help and add levity.
We were as happy as he was to be selected to fly the jumbo jets. He was well regarded pilot and friend. God bless him.
I am deeply sorry for your loss. I had the great pleasure of caring for Mr. Vic while he was a patient in hospice. He was the kindest man and one of my favorite patients. He always had a new joke for me each time I visited him, and although I would try to pry information out of him, he never complained. He remained a true gentlemen through his entire illness. I was lucky to have met him. My sympathies are with the family as you mourn his loss. He will be greatly missed.
Victor Johnson was such a special man! We have such fond memories of him. He was such a cut up and so much fun to be with. (No wonder all his caretakers loved him ) Sally and Victor we are holding you close during this time and want you to know how special you are to us. Much Love Always, Becky, Mark, Elizabeth and Mark Jr

I flew as 2nd officer for Capt. Johnson on the DC8 when I was a new hire for Delta in MSY. He was greatly admired by all of his fellow crew members.
