I knew Mrs Vennie all my life. She was a fine lady. I want to wish Larry and his family my condolences. God bless you all.
Always had biscuits and coffee for all the people going deer hunting. Always made sure us kids were dressed warm enough. Always made us laugh except when we needed our butts tore up. Going to miss her.
Aunt Vennie...that sweet little precious "AUNT" at the end of the trail on Motichek Road in Madisonville Louisiana. WOW...Seems like so long ago. She will forever be remembered as a good hearted, fun-loving lady. She could lead a bull by the horns while trying to help my mama (Sadie) keep peace with all of us first cousins down that little gravel road in the swamps. And LORD, did they have their work cut out for them!! Aunt Vennie loved to go to Sadie's and drink coffee with her every day. Those two were like two pees in a pod and became best of friends over kids and coffee. :):) She will forever be remembered and sadly missed by all. She can now join Sadie Mae in heaven and they can once again drink coffee together. My prayers and thoughts go out to Uncle Larry, Pee Wee and Kenny. Love you all.

I remember spending a week or two with aunt Vinnie and Uncle Larry during the summer in Ms. and Ala. We had some happy times while staying with them. I remember her laughing when I filled the sugar bowl with salt, accidently of course. Didn't even get in trouble. Glad I got to visit them the last time I was in La. Lots more memories of course.
