Troy was my husband Will's beloved uncle. I had the pleasure of knowing him and his beloved wife, Billie for years now. They were wonderful people. Will enjoyed the times reminiscing with Troy. Spending time with him last month was a rare treasure for Will. Thank you Billie for taking such great care of him. I loved his story of being with you again after the passage of many years. A high school sweetheart and first love reconnection is priceless. Rest In Peace Troy.
Troy was one of the finest gentlemen I have ever met. He was a dear friend, brother in law, and we talked weekly. Our relationship spanned over forty years. He was someone whom I depended on, and I will sorely miss him.

For 14 years Troy was my father-in-law. He was the best grandfather to mine and Gregs children of 22 and 18 years old. He was loved and a friend to me. I will miss him dearly. I am comforted to know he is reunited with his beloved Marilyn. My deepest sympathy, Jennifer Galloway.
