Elleo…… I was deeply saddened by the news of Tom’s passing. I have missed both of you since moving away. I will always remember Tom for the great man he was. Tom was always willing to help me in anyway he could. Many, many times, he would loan me a tool or lawn mower or would offer a helpful word of advice. To me, he was a mixture of a neighbor and a second Dad. You both were wonderful neighbors and I wish I could have been there to return his favors in any little way I could. My prayers have been and will continue to be with you and your family.
"Mr. Tom" was always such a nice person and a pleasure to work for at Phillips-Parr in the ITM building. My thoughts to you Ted and Terry and Jocelyn.

To the Phillips Family,
Lil and I were so sorry to learn of Tom's passing. We have thought of you all often. Since Fred Brown died we have had no news of your dear family.
I thought of you, Elleo when watching the fires last week that must have been near your families property on the lakes near Tahoe. Our warmest sympathies to you and to all those dear children that we knew so sell on South Shore Drive in the 1960s.
With Love from Lil,
Bill glenn, Jr.
I was saddened to see the notice of Tom's passing while reading the Galveston County News online. I have fond memories of "Mr. Phillips" since my elementary school years in Galveston and then working for him at LeBlanc-Paar. My sympathies to you Lou, and your entire family at this difficult time. Dear Jocelyn and Family,
I am very sorry to hear about your father's passing. I have wonderful memories of him and your mother at our Parent's weekends at Drake, and when I attended your wedding in Covington. He was a warm and intelligent man, and my father, Cecil, very much enjoyed taking with him. On one occasion, they lunched together in New Orleans when my father had business there.
You will all be in my prayers as you go through the funeral on Monday. Give my best to your mother. I will be in touch soon, Jocelyn.
Sincerely, Celia (Reid) Trujillo
The Staff of E.J. Fielding Funeral Home offers our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
