Thomas William Fuller, Sr. passed away on Monday, June 2, 2008.
Beloved husband of 57 years to Serena Davidson Fuller; loving father to Lynette F. Mangum and her husband David, Lolita Ann F. Sisson and her husband Grant, Serena F. Dinwiddie and her husband Ron, Eileen F. Adams and her husband Jeff, Joseph Wayne Fuller and his wife Melissa and Thomas William Fuller, Jr. He was also survived by 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Age 78 years. A native of Grand Bay, AL and a resident of Mandeville, LA for the past year, he was a former resident of Gretna, LA and Joplin, MO. A United States Army Veteran, he served during the Korean Conflict. He was employed for over 40 years in the paper industry, having worked for Westvaco Paper Company and Bagcraft Paper Company. He was an Elder in the Church of Christ in New Orleans, LA and Joplin, MO.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services on Friday, June 6, 2008 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Parker Mortuary, 1502 South Joplin Street, Joplin, MO 64804.
Visitation at Parker Mortuary will be on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and on Friday from 10:00 AM until service time.
Interment will be in Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery, Joplin, MO.
