Theresa “Terry” Grady Stellingworth, on Tuesday, May 13, 2008. Beloved wife of Robert Stellingworth. Mother of Mark Stellingworth of Lafayette, LA and Elizabeth Stellingworth Osborne of Charleston, SC. Grandmother of Olivia and Henry Osborne. Sister of Mary Morse of Grand Rapids, MI. She was a supervisor for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) and a graduate of Bowling Green University. Age 60 years. A native of Grand Rapids, MI and a resident of Abita Springs, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial services on Friday, May 16, 2008 at 11:00 AM from E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433. Visitation on Friday from 10:00 AM until service time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2605 River Rd., New Orleans, LA 70121.
