Thelma Bailey Godwin, on Monday, August 29, 2005. Beloved mother of Frost Albert Godwin, III and the late Catherine Elaine Godwin. Sister of Adele Bailey Layton. Aged 81 years, a native of Shiloh, TN and a resident of Chalmette, LA for the past 55 years. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial mass on Thursday, December 29, 2005 at 11:00 AM at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Jefferson Ave. at 19th Ave. Visitation on Thursday from 10:00A.M.until service time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Red Cross Katrina Relief Fund. E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 in charge of arrangements.
