Tarrel Sharp's Obituary
Tarrel Sharp, age 74, of Bush, Louisiana, passed away on Monday, March 31, 2025. He was born on February 20, 1951, in Bogalusa, Louisiana.
He is survived by his loving wife of over 50 years, Wilda Sharp; son, Brian LaCroix (Melissa); grandchildren, Destinee LaCroix (Zackary Hyatt), and Madison LaCroix (Keith Bourg); and great-grandchild, Kinsley Rae Bourg. He is also survived by his brothers, Larry Sharp and Quentin Sharp; and many extended family members and friends.
Mr. Tarrel enjoyed working in his garden, feeding birds, and restoring his old tractor and 1986 Corvette. He also enjoyed watching football, but not the Saints—he generally rooted for the Green Bay Packers and whoever the Saints were playing. He loved spending time with his family, especially his great-grandbaby, Kinsley. A loving husband, father, “Paw Paw T”, “Poppi”, and friend, Mr. Tarrel will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue, Covington, Louisiana, with visitation beginning at 9:00 AM.
