I am so sorry for such a huge loss! I've heard all about Mama Susan since Jen and I started working together. I was even able to see her when she was a patient at Northshore Medical Center. She was full of mischief! Either cracking a joke or trying to get up without help. She kept us all on our toes! I think the entire staff was completely invested in her care; always asking for updates once she went home. I remember checking the nanny cam with Jen to make sure she got up in the morning and ate right. No snacks! Eat a good breakfast! Are you sleeping on the couch? :) It was our morning entertainment watching Jen monitor her! Of course Mama Susan figured out when the red light came on on the shelf that Jen was spying on her!! She perked up when that light came on! Aside from that period of her life I heard great stories about her. She was a good and caring woman. She raised a wonderful daughter and did a great job as a single mom! I feel blessed to have known her. She will be greatly missed. My prayers are with the family.
