I am so, so sorry to learn of Susie's passing. She and I were at Loyola, and sang together in Chorus, and at Mass, in Ignatius Chapel. She was always friendly to me, knowing I was far from my home, and missing my family. I will think of her singing, always, especially on the Awakening retreat.
I sang with Susie at Loyola 1986 on. I had no idea she was here in Mandeville. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family....I remember her as a very kind and fun person and I know she is singing with the angels.
Dear Cole, Hugh, Dianne, Gail, Linda, Joseph & families: You have been in our thoughts and prayers every day. Susan's Celebration of Life service was beautiful; the choir sounded like Angels; the message that Susan now has knowledge about life after this life was and is comforting; Hugh's words about his sweet daughter (& his dream of Susan with Jesus) were special; Dianne told us she had cried for days, but today she was rejoicing ... those words filled our hearts with God's peace. It was good to be with you during a difficult but comforting time. Your church family is awesome and we are thankful. We sing, "Soon and very soon" every morning. We love you all so very much and will continue to pray for you.
Although I never actually met Elizabeth, I feel a kinship with her through the Metropolitan Circles--Life Changing Solutions family. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
