Steven S. Searcy's Obituary
Steven Samuel Searcy passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2015 in Covington, LA. A native of Chalmette, LA, he was born on Sunday, March 13, 1966 to Elizabeth St. Louis and Samuel Franklin Searcy. In 2008, he moved to Covington, LA and at the same time began a new career along with his new wife, as President and CEO of Appliance Dr., LLC. He truly loved his work and his clients which made these past few years the best of his life.
The beloved husband of Linda Carambat Searcy, he is survived by his son - Brandon S. Searcy; daughter - Dana E. Nuccio (James); three step-children - Frank P. Mull (Kaila), Jennifer M. Taylor (Alex Trager) and Thomas J. Taylor; two brothers - Scott and Charlie Searcy; and six grandchildren - Maci and Caleb Nuccio, Kayla and Aubrey Trager, Julianna and Landon Mull.
He was preceded in death by his mother and his half-brother - David Manno.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433.
Visiting hours on Thursday will begin at 10:00 AM.
Interment at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens in Covington, LA will immediately follow services.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Steven’s name should be made to any charity to honor his memory.
