Steve Preston "Frog" Sharp's Obituary
Steve Preston “Frog” Sharp passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at the age of 62.
He is a lifelong resident of Bush, LA. He now resides in Heaven with his parents, Berlin Vincent Sharp and Elsie Grantham Sharp; three children, Beverly Baham, Johnny Crockett and Michael Crockett; and one great-granddaughter, Kaylee Sharp. He leaves behind his wife of 40 years, Mary “Peggy” Sharp; three children, Robert Crockett (Tonia), Chrisinda Sharp (Jason) and Kimberly Crockett (James); three brothers, Larry Sharp, Terral Sharp and Quintin Sharp; one sister, Jean Rogers; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; also nieces, nephews and friends.
He was loved by many and will be greatly missed. We love you Pop until we meet again in Heaven.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at 11:00 AM with visitation on Wednesday beginning at 10:00 AM.
Interment will follow in Barker-McManus Cemetery.
