Stephen Phillip Valentino's Obituary
Stephen Phillip Valentino passed away peacefully from this world on Thursday, June 2, 2011.
Born December 13, 1952, he is preceded in death by his father, Louis Morris Valentino; his mother, Joan Suzette Vallade Valentino; and his brother, Kenneth Paul Valentino.
Steve leaves to cherish his memory sisters Sylvia Ann and Barbara Suzanne Valentino; niece, JoBeth and nephew Michael Valentino to whom he is affectionately known as “Captain” and a host of friends and family.
He was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Covington for the past 16 years.
Steve’s hobbies included watching classic westerns, classic horror movies, the 3 Stooges, Halloween and costuming.
Relatives and friends are invited to the funeral services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Monday, June 6, 2011at 1:00 PM with visitation on Monday from 11:00 AM until service time.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. Valentino be made to the American Cancer Society.
