Stephen Michael Arnoult's Obituary
With heavy hearts and enduring love, we celebrate the passing of Stephen Michael Arnoult
(DKE/ Deke), who departed this world on May 29, 2024, in Covington, LA, at 55. Born on
September 27, 1968, in New Orleans, LA, Stephen was nurtured on Mulberry St. in Mandeville,
LA, where he grew into a man of great benevolence and warmth.
Stephen's memory is lovingly preserved by his esteemed father, Stephen Stanley Arnoult, and
his caring stepmother, Sandra Arnoult. His sisters, Stacey Yanosky and Linda Arnoult, and his
brother-in-law, James Yanosky, hold his memory dear. His spirit lives on in the hearts of his
adored nephews and only niece, Jayme, Sutton, Jensen Steele, Jace Yanosky, and Madison
Oltmanns. Stephen's lifelong partner, Lisa Vidrine, and his beloved pet, Lily Beth, will deeply
miss his gentle presence. He is preceded in death by his mother, Gladys Ann Arnoult, who has
now welcomed her son into the heavenly fold.
Stephen began his education at Our Lady of the Lake in Mandeville, LA, and continued at St.
Paul's in Covington, LA. His passion for the skies led him to pursue aviation, where he earned
his Private Pilot's License. In his professional life, Stephen was the respected owner and
operator of Gulf South Interiors, a commercial construction company.
A service to honor Stephen's life will be held at the Mandeville Christian Fellowship Church,
located at 1211 LA Hwy 1088, Mandeville, LA. On June 15, 2024.The visitation will begin at
10:30 AM, followed by the service at 11:00 AM. Friends and family are warmly invited to join the
ceremony of remembrance, where Stephen's life will be celebrated through shared stories and
cherished memories.
As we bid farewell to Stephen Michael Arnoult, we are reminded of a life that was a testament to
love, friendship, and a joyful spirit. His memory will forever be etched in our hearts, and his
legacy will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him. Until we are
reunited, Stephen will remain in our thoughts and prayers, a beacon of light in our lives.
