Stanley Roberts Hobart

My life has been made much richer by the presence of my best friend's dad, Stanley Hobart, who has been a part of it for more than 62 years. I met "Mr Stan" when I was 9 years old and always revered him as a wonderful example of what a good husband and father should be. He treated me as a second daughter and good naturedly allowed me to call him "Stanley" throughout my childhood and all the years since. I will miss him forever and will never forget his loving kindness and sweet, subtle humor. He will remain a treasured occupant of my heart until we meet again. He was also loved by my husband, Johnny, who, I believe, greeted him in Heaven along with beloved family and friends. God bless you, dear man. I'm here for your family. Love, Debi (Kreeger)
