Sheryl Sabrier Bowes' Obituary
Sheryl Sabrier Bowes, age 74, of Covington, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2024. She was born on November 15, 1949, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
She is survived by her brother, Joseph J. “Jay” Sabrier, III, and his wife Kim, and many extended family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 25 years, Brian Bowes; her parents, Joseph Jules Sabrier, Jr. and Coralee Leard Sabrier.
Sheryl attended Chapelle High School in Metairie and graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans with a BS degree in Elementary Education. During her teaching career, Sheryl taught elementary school in both Jefferson Parish and St. Tammany Parish School districts. Since moving from the Southshore 20+ years ago, Sheryl has resided in Covington, Louisiana. Sheryl’s laughter, smile, caring demeanor and love of pets will be missed by all who knew her.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the graveside service on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at 9:00 AM at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens, 2280 West 21st Avenue, Covington, Louisiana.
