Serena "Mickey" McHugh Lockwood's Obituary
Serena “Mickey” McHugh Lockwood passed away peacefully at her home in Mandeville, LA on Monday, December 29, 2025. She was 80. She was preceded in death by her parents, George W. McHugh and Eunice McHugh, and her brother, George “Butch” McHugh, Jr.
Mickey is survived by her husband of 51 years, Michael P. Lockwood, her children, Kathleen Bowling, Erin L. Trandacosta (David), and Sean Lockwood. She is also survived by her brother, Patrick “Skip” McHugh and three grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a loving extended family and friends.
Mickey was born in New Orleans, La and was a resident of Mandeville, LA since 1991. She was a LPN for over 30 years.
Per Mickey’s request, following a private graveside service at the St Joseph Abbey Cemetery in St Benedict, LA, relatives and friends of the family are invited to a celebration of life at the family home starting at noon on January 10, 2026.
