I was so very sorry upon hearing of Scott’s passing. He was a student of mine at brother Martin, and was one of the more gifted and interested art students I’ve ever taught. We remained friends over the years as I would see him and his wonderful wife at Art openings and other events such as the SPCA fundraiser. Scott was also one of my favorite students and so well liked and appreciated by everyone he met. My heart goes out to his loving family and my prayers are that they will somehow, someway find joy in remembering him the way I do. I was very sorry about not being able to attend the service as it was short notice and I could not break my long held appointment that day. May peace be with you all.
Scot and I were classmates I believe from 1st - 8th grades. There are so many memories, most of which involve a lot of laughter. Scot was always the class clown and yet always the most caring; a rare combination for sure. I remember the day in 8th grade when the teacher stepped out of the room and Scot got himself stuck trying to climb between the window and the outside cage that was on the classroom windows. He was so stuck that they had to cut the locks of the outside cage just to get him out. Everyone including the teacher laughed so hard that I don't even think he got in trouble. Another not so funny but very scary moment is when he fell and cut his face open at Outdoor Ed after being told "make sure you don't run in the dark back to the cabins...", and he was the first to take off running. We definitely made tons of memories as a class over the years, and Scot was a huge part of most of them. My sincere condolences to his family, his parents, and Brian.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I knew Scot since he was 15 as he was best friends with my brother. He was always kind and funny. I know his memory will live on in your hearts. I am very sorry for your loss.

My Condolences go out to Scott's Family, especially his Wife and Children, who he Loved Dearly. I worked with Scott at EJGH, I was in Operations and he was in Finance. We developed a strong professional relationship and over time a personal one. When he left EJ and I later, we stayed in tough and our friendship was solidified.
