Sarah Green Traylor's Obituary
Sarah Green Traylor, of Slidell, LA passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2018. She was born on January 10, 1926 in Doyle, LA to John Green and Florence Carpenter.
Sarah is survived by her children Ronald Traylor, Sr. (Barbara Mincher), David Traylor (Joan), Sandra Broom (Gary), and Gary Traylor (Becky); nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Sarah is preceded in death by her beloved husband Carl L. Traylor, her grandson Ronald Traylor, Jr., her great-granddaughter Isabella Lynn Broom, and her parents. As a strong Christian woman, she now resides in Heaven for eternity with them.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 10:30 AM with visitation on Monday beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens, Covington, LA. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to your local church or organizations of your choice.
