Sarah Relle Beulke's Obituary
Sarah Relle Beulke of Mandeville, Louisiana was called home by her Heavenly Father on Thursday, August 22, 2024. Born on June 25, 1938 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Lilly Gulizo Relle and Sam Relle, she was the sister to the late Joseph R. Relle and the late Rosalie A. Relle. Sarah was the devoted spouse of 62 years to the late Raymond E. Beulke. She was the loving mother of two daughters, Donna Addison Harvin (Clay) and Raelyn Hartley (Randall); the doting “Granny” to four grandsons: Brenton L. Addison, Bryce M. Addison (Ashley), Cody J. Yates (Alexa), and Ian M. Yates (Kiernan); and the adoring “Gaga” to six great-grandchildren: Brielle Addison, Eloise Addison, Duncan Yates, Gavin Addison, William Addison, and Braelyn Addison.
Sarah graduated from West Jefferson High School in 1956 and treasured her high school friendships and reunions late into life. After high school, Sarah worked many years in the banking industry, first with Jefferson Savings and Loan and later as a Vice President at Enterprise Federal Savings and Loan in Marrero. Sarah’s passion for travel propelled her second career as a travel agent and owner of Lapalco Travel, and fueled countless adventures with her many friends and family who will greatly miss her.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral mass at St. Benedict Catholic Church in Covington on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Slidell.
