I have so many great memories of childhood vacations with The Pleunes. Sandie was so much fun and always caring and supportive with great humor. She will be missed, and our thoughts are with John, Scott, and Rusty and family.

I will never forget when Ms. Sandy was always there to support us in sports and give us encouragement when things weren't going our way.She would root for us just as much as her own children. Rusty, I remember your mom and dad counseling me when I had my hitting slump in little league baseball. They wanted me to hit the ball as bad as I did! Hahahahah! Your mother really cared about and believed in all of us. She was such a wonderful lady and will be sorely missed. She had so much warmth Rusty. She really did.

WWSS? is something I still ask myself occasionally, even years after our sessions. She was a rare spirit, a beautiful soul, and a calming and nurturing presence. She had a knack for seeing through the bs and making sense of the absurd. Knowing Sandi was a gift....and I'm sure she's somewhere upstairs cursing all those dang doctors.
Words cannot express the gratitude I feel for having known Sandi. Her presence, her guidance, her spirit are lighting up the sky now. She will always remain "My other Mom" in my heart. My condolences to your family.
Everyone should have a Sandi in their life. Our sessions were filled with tears (me) and laughter (both of us). She'll be the comforting/reassuring voice in my head for the rest of my life. My heart goes out to your family.
