I, myself, have many memories with this precious family!! One of my fondest memories of Aunt Sandra was as a young child. We shared several Thanksgivings together as a family. Aunt Sandra had a gift of cooking. Some of her most delicious were her red beans and rice, gumbo, and chocolate crinkle cookies, as well as many others that we had the pleasure of enjoying. I cherish the time we spent with her, Uncle Lee, and their four daughters, and eventually son in laws. I loved the way her and Uncle Lee went about caring for others and careful to never leave anyone out. I am thankful for how much they loved my Granny ( Uncle Lee’s sister) and the many hours they spent making her feel loved!! My heart is with all of you today. My thoughts and prayers 🙏will be lifted up for each of you in the days to come. Much love to all of you❤️
Sandra was very beautiful , talented and always ready to pitch in to help anyone in need. She loved her family and was proud of how large it had grown.. She and her husband, Lee, were well known in their communities that they lived in and their business partners were proud to know them. As a Sister, I cannot begin to tell people of how important she was in my life. She was not only my Sister; but also, my mother for 13 years. She tended to me, as both our parents worked. I know that God needed her beauty and talent somewhere else so others could enjoy her company. Love you Sonnie
