Sam was a great and generous guy. He loved and cherished us all . I had many Florida trips with my sister Sharon and Sam when they made all the arrangements and all I had to do was show up for the fun.As a teacher myself I have great admiration for his ability to deal with children and I know how much they loved him. He made the perfect Santa at Christmas . His artwork was first rate and I know that was another shared love for Sharon and Sam. He was put through many medical hurdles and though he was often in pain he was never one to complain. One of my first memories of Sam was asking him how he had lost part of his hand. He told me that he accidentally cut himself while carving a Tiki. That was typical of the humor he used to cope with illness. Farewell brother Sam, you will be greatly missed. Billy Maloney
