Russell Landry's Obituary
Russell Joseph Landry passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at age 78.
Beloved husband of Bernadette Shall Landry. Loving father of Ralph Landry, Abby Landry, Tammy Folse, Jan Turner and Tom Landry. Son of the late Abby and Thomas Landry. Brother of EJ Landry and Bubby Landry and the late Jessie Landry and Delta Giangrosso. Also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Mass at St. Jane de Chantal Catholic Church, 72040 Maple St., Abita Springs, LA 70420 on Friday, August 12, 2011at 12:00 noon with visitation at church on Friday from 10:00 AM until Mass time.
Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in New Orleans.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. Landry be made to St. Jane de Chantal St. Vincent de Paul Society, the Carmelites or St. Jane de Chantal Sodality in Abita Springs.
