Rovena "Sweetie" King passed away on Monday, February 22, 2016 at the age of 90.
Beloved wife of the late Hubert King. Loving mother of Louise King Moran, Hubert Lee King and Gary King. Daughter of the late Fiona Williams McLain and Dan McLain.
She was preceded in death by all of her siblings.
Grandmother of Christopher Bryan Moran, Donna Lynette Moran Miller, Jimmy Lee King, Susan Michelle Sharp, Haley Nicole Lakes and Brandon Michael Fourmaux. Great-grandmother of Nicholas Payne Moran, Hayden Matthew Moran, Isaiah Ryan Moran, Brooklyn Grace King, Allison King, Jay Alexander, Caitlyn Sharp, Calli Sharp, Bryleigh Rose Fourmaux, Colby Fourmaux, Mason C. Lakes and Aubree D. Lakes.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 2:30 PM with visitation on Saturday beginning at 12:00 noon.
Interment will follow in Pilgrim’s Rest Cemetery.
