Rosemary Fleming Lovell's Obituary
Rosemary Fleming Lovell passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at the age of 93. She was born on December 14, 1928 in Alexandria, LA to Richard Patrick Fleming and Sarah Vivian Fleming.
Rosemary is survived by her children Bruce Lacombe (Dilly) and Alicia Lovell Moore (Alan), as well as her grandchildren, Ryan Lacombe, Kendall Lacombe Corbitt, Courtney Lacombe-Imperiale, and Lindsey Moore, and her great-grandchildren, Elise Lacombe and Emily Corbitt.
She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Patrick Fleming, mother, Sarah Vivian Fleming, her two sisters, Marjorie Walker and Faye Peart, and her two past husbands, Captain Benedict Albert Lacombe and Dr. O.E. Lovell, Jr.
Rosemary belonged to the Delta Zeta Sorority, the Gold Star Wives Association,
Ta-Wi-Si Service Organization and the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home 2260 West 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 11:00 AM with visitation beginning at 9:00 AM until service time. Interment will follow at St. John’s Episcopal Cemetery, 718 Jackson Street, Thibodaux, LA 70301
