Rose V. Richard's Obituary
Rose V. Richard of Mandeville, LA passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2019. She was born on May 16, 1941 in Covington, KY to Norman and Elmire Jacqueline (Rodi) Vetter.
Rose is survived by her beloved husband Daniel D. Richard, Jr.; her children Jennifer Richard, Diana Babineaux, Daniel “David” Richard, III, Georgina Richard, Emily Rutterford; and her grandchildren Savannah Cutliff, Charlotte Richard, Alan Meintjes, Coralie Meintjes, Tristan Rutterford, and Adelaide Rutterford. She is also survived by her sister Anne V. Manuel and her brother Paul H. Vetter, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Rose is preceded in death by her brother Norman H. Vetter, her sister Clare V. Dubis, and her parents.
All services will be private. Interment will take place in Mandeville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Rose may be made to your favorite charity, or have Masses offered in her honor.
