Three words come to mind when I thunk of Aunt Rosalie... FAITH, FUN, AND FOOD! She loved all three abundantly! Her "oyster sauce" - on toast od course - was always a treat when we would come to New Orleans to visit! She would NEVER let us leave her home without a variery of hot sauces and spices because she was totally convinced we had nothing so tasty in Pennsylvania. May she rest in God's peace.
