Ronnie always invited me to go salt water fishing with him. I really did not like fishing since all I knew was fresh water fishing for perch. One day I told him okay and off we went with borrowed fishing gear. Double shads for specs and pulled two in at a time. Boy was I excited. Went to the store and bought my own fishing gear. Went out the next week end and nothing. Ronnie then told me last weekend was a fluke. We don't normally catch two specs at a time all day long. Fun times and fun memories. Rest in Peace my friend and God Bless his family.
We have too many memories to post on this wall. I am afraid it would take a book. Ronnie and Anna built a house at the same time we were building out house in Kenner, many years ago. We lived across the street, each with 2 boys, and all of us young. Through the years, we have grown old but not really apart...Just know our thoughts and prayers are with Anna, Randy and Christopher during the days ahead. Love to all of you.... Ron and Nancy Folds.
Many prayers for the Porte family. I have more memories then I can count with all of you. Mr. Ronnie was such a kind and gentle man and possessed a giving heart. You will be missed by many. If I ever needed help at a horse show and could not find my parents, Ronnie was always there with a lending hand for anything that was ever needed. Rest in peace and continue to be the Angel that you are. Love you all- Tiffany Wall and family.
