Ronald Dale Hansen's Obituary
Ronald “Ronnie” D. Hansen, Sr. of Mandeville, LA passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022 at the age of 73 after a long battle with many illnesses. He was born November 13, 1948 in Bogalusa, LA to David William Hansen, Sr. and Eugene Marange Hansen.
Ronnie is survived by his wife, Claudia Fuselier Hansen; his sons, Ronald Hansen, Jr. and Kevin W. Hansen (Amanda S); and three grandchildren, Bronwhyn Hansen, Nadia Hansen and Kenneth Hansen. He is also survived by his siblings, Geraldine H. Berzas, David W. Hansen, Jr. (Joy), Rick Hansen (Rhonda) and Glenda H. King (Jim); and many nieces and nephews.
Ronnie is preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Gordon R. Hansen and Kenneth M. Hansen.
Ronnie was an ABRET certified EEG Technologist at LSU Medical Center and manager of the EEG Lab at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, LA, where he retired after twenty years.
Ronnie was loving, kind, humble, caring, and loyal. His true passion was spending time with his loving family. He was well respected and liked, and will be deeply and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W 21st Avenue, Covington LA on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 11:00 AM with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM until service time. Interment will follow the service in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, 2280 W 21st Avenue, Covington, LA.
