My nickname for Ronnie was "Easy". He always had a smile on his face and was a friend to me. I looked up to him as I was a young lawyer coming up through the ranks. I just learned of his death about thirty minutes ago. I was saddened by that news even though I knew he had been in ICU recently and it didn't look good. My prayers are with you all as you go through this time of loss. I am grateful for the time I knew Ronnie and pray that your memories of him will be like mine.
Besides being one of the most colorful character I've known, I will most remember Ronnie for the loyal friendship that endured with my father "Pete". Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Ms. Jo & A.J.,
Kathy and I have fond memories of Ronnie especially me with all the Banking I used to do with him. When I was dating Kathy we used to see you and him walk the circle by the Condo in Beau chene and think of how special you two were and how much he loved and cared for you. It help us grow our relationship into the one we have now. And we will always be grateful to you two for that. Our deepest condolences and sympathy to you two and all your family's. My memories of him him will last me forever. He was always kind, generous and caring as well as being one of the best professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His sense of humor and smile will always be remembered. I know he was close to my Brother George who in his later years always asked me if I had heard anything from Ronnie. My answer was always, yes, he's still the Gentleman you remember him to be. I apologies for not paying my respects in person. I am sorry. Again, deepest sympathy to you two and your family's. He will be remembered by me. Tom Sheldon
My prayers and thoughts are with everyone of the Hand family during this time. He was a blessed man to have such a caring and loving family surrounding him during his time of need. It was a true pleasure knowing him and his family. God bless.
Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. With Sympathy, Maureen and Lloyd Bradshaw

Dear Jo, My heartfelt sympathies to you and your family. I will always remember Ronnie's welcome when I first moved to the Northshore. He even had Michael and I and our 3 boys stay with him in his Beau Chene condo after the ice storm when the electricity at our house was out for a week! Later when you and he married, our friendship continued. He always greeted me with his big smile and a hug. He will be greatly missed. Even though I cannot attend the service on Tuesday, I will be with you in spirit. With love, Gina Stone Loomis
