Lt. Frank Budo, Jpso (Retired)
I worked for Ronnie at the 1st District in the 80’s. He was the platoon commander everyone wanted to work for. He always stood up for his people and was a mentor to me. I never had a bad experience with him, whether on or off duty! Condolences from Judy and I to the entire Foster family! God Bless.
Terry Durnin
May Ronnie rest in peace! Condolences sent from his EJLD Police Family!

Ronnie was my first watch commander when I joined JPSO in 1979, couldn’t ask for a better leader, mentor and friend. Rest in Heavenly Peace, Ronnie, we have the Watch from here.
Doug Teachworth
He was captain when I joined the 4th district fresh out of the JPSO academy in the summer of 1989. He was a fair leader and someone I really looked up to and was approachable.
John Youngblood
I am truly heartbroken to hear of the passing of my good friend and law enforcement brother, Ronnie. I served under Ronnie at JPSO in the late 70’s and everyone who knew or worked with him loved him as an individual as well as a supervisor. Paulette, Barbara and I are extremely sorry for you and your family’s loss, but rest assured Ronnie will be watching over you all in Heaven.
Ron Reid
When I first went on the JPSO in 1971, Ronnie was my Sargent. As time goes on we loose contact with those we worked with. I send my prayers and condolences to the family.

We were privileged to know the Foster family when they were at SLKF school with our kids. Ron and Paulette were very devoted parents who reared a wonderful family. May they carry on the legacy of love and values they were shown in their home. Ron, may you rest in peace. Paulette, may the Lord give you and your children the strength to carry on.
