Dear Gail, Lincoln, Tyler, Adam and Family,
Please accept our condolences as we are saddened to hear about Ron's passing. As one of his six siblings, Ron was a great role model for his brothers and sisters as well as his sons and grandchildren. Viewing the video brought back great memories. As a youth, I remember viewing Ron as having almost "super human" qualities. I was much younger than Ron but I really looked up to him with tremendous respect and admiration. I have never met a person with such a work ethic. He was extremely smart, successful, and had great leadership skills. But more importantly, he loved his wife and family dearly. His love for God was also an important part of his life. When my family and I moved to New Orleans years ago to teach at Tulane University, Ron and Gail greeted us with open arms and hospitality. When I moved to Buffalo many years ago to teach at the University of Buffalo, Ron and Gail invited me to stay at their home until I got my feet on the ground. These examples are reflections of Ron's kindness and generosity. I have been really blessed and honored to have Ron as my brother. May he rest in peace and serve as an everlasting inspiration to his sons and grandchildren. Love, Bob
