Roger Paul Paredes' Obituary
Roger Paul Paredes passed away on Monday, October 24, 2022, in Covington, LA. He was born on September 2, 1952, in New Orleans, LA to the late Hector A. Paredes and Mildred Hargis Paredes. Roger was the beloved husband of Joan Marks Paredes for 19 years. He was the loving father of Joshua Lucas, his wife, Mikki and their children, Gabriel and Tristen; Adam Paredes, his wife, Mindy and their children, Gabriel, Tristen and Carly; Brittany Rome and her daughter, Clara; Bobby Kuhn, her husband, Jacob and their children, Taylor and Tyler; and Angie Lawton and her children, Hunter and Chase. He was the brother of Percy J. Prestenbach, Ella Mae Prestenbach, Gary J. Prestenbach, and Dora Marie Eumont.
Roger was a proud patriot and veteran of the U.S. Marines. As founder of Installers Inc., he was seen as a leader in the field of office modular systems installation and was widely admired and respected for his skill, experience, high quality performance and the amazing team he shaped. While he was incredibly hardworking, dedicated, and dependable, he was also fun loving, playful, and young at heart. Roger loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was loyal and devoted to his friends, family, employees, clients, and associates. He will most be remembered for his generosity and rarely passed an opportunity to help. He will be deeply missed by many in his community.
