I just learned of Rodney's passing and wanted post a short note.
I also worked with Rodney at Polk County Federal. He taught me a lot about what you can accomplish when you treat others with the respect they deserve.

My condolences go out to the family of Rodney Hengesteg. I worked with Rod in Des Moines, IA at Polk County Federal for about 11 years. The picture looks just like how I remember him. He was a smart, kind and a gentle man.
