Rodney Joseph Dugas' Obituary
Rodney Joseph Dugas passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2008.
Beloved husband of 55 years to Mary Lee Theriot Dugas; loving father to Michael Dugas and Kathy Dugas; and brother to Nola Clavier, Lillie Fontenot and Audrey Richard. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his mother, Therese Noel Dugas; his father, Denis Dugas; and a sister, Edith Zerangue.
Age 79 years, he was a native of Arnaudville, LA, and a resident of St. Tammany Parish for the past 20 years. He was a United States Army Veteran having served during the Korean Conflict and was an Engineer with Louisiana Power and Light Company, now known as Entergy, for 37 years. He was a member of Calvary Christian Fellowship in Bogalusa, LA.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend funeral services on Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433.
Visitation on Wednesday will begin at 9:00 AM.
Interment will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park in Gretna, LA.
