Am Bob’s first cousin in Tennessee and just learned of his death tonight July 23 Saturday when I tried to call him t0 talk about 2022 SEC 🏈 football LSU and Tennessee. Checked obits and so said to hear about my favorite cousin. Bob and his wife asked me to be Richard’s Godfather when he was born. His mother Claire Sigerson was my Godmother. Allyson, Marietta, and Richard:
It has been over a month since we attended the beautiful funeral mass at Mary Queen of Peace for your Dad. As Msgr Belinski pointed out, your Dad was a fixture at 8am Sunday Mass , second row from front. Also, that was where your Mom sat every Sunday with your Dad. Peggy and I were a few rows behind and always enjoyed visiting with them after Mass. Our connection goes beyond that. Of our 5 daughters, 4 of them danced in your Mom’s ballet school. Your Dad’s and my friendship goes back some 48 years. We were both proud St Aloysius Crusaders, and I was proud to help him with his investment business for many years. I cannot begin to express how much we are going to miss your Dad.

to many memories. he was my mentor and a friend for 25 years, he was my swim partner for 20 years and went to many triathlons together Over the years. loved to instigate and throw gas on the fire in a heartbeat. will miss him a lot. thanks for being a friend.

Bob was an all around great guy. Funny. Positive. Cheerful. Deeply spiritual. Giving of self. Whenever he was unable to swim at practice for whatever reason, he would often join me on the pool deck while I coached. I will miss our conversations. I will miss Bob.
