I was sorry to hear of Bob’s passing . He had a wonderful family life as well as Delta career. As a flight attendant in the small New Orleans base, I remember Bob and always felt he had our back. He will be in my prayers.

I flew with Bob many times in the good old MSY days. I was a new flight engineer on the DC-6/7 and he was the copilot. He was always in a good mood and a pleasure to fly with.I lost touch over the years.

Mr Bob was always a great friend to the Breaux family and, like others have commented, he was always welcoming to each of us with a rum and Coke or other cold beverage. I personally enjoyed his Delta stories and talks of jets and airplanes over the years. He certainly knew his craft and you could tell he was passionate about flying. Mr Bob, you'll be missed. Condolences to the Myers family from the Breauxs - John Sr, John Jr, Chris and Rhonda, and Ken and Toni.
