Robert Thomas Chandler Sr.'s Obituary
Robert Thomas Chandler, Sr. passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 surrounded by family at his home in Folsom, LA. He was born on December 18, 1937 in New Orleans, LA to the late Worsham Scott Chandler, Sr. and Yvonne DeFuentes Chandler.
Bob was the beloved husband of Linda Ann Mullet Chandler for 30 years. He was the loving father of Yvonne Chandler Roca, Robert Thomas Chandler, Jr. (Deenie), and Chantel Kristen Saul. Bob was the proud grandfather of Emily Laughlin (Mike), Alexander Dorsey, Robert Chandler, III, Katie Alongi (Anthony), and Billy Chandler (Baylee). He was the brother of the late Worsham Chandler, Jr., and Eddie Chandler.
Bob was an avid fisherman and enjoyed a cool morning cutting grass on the family property.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Mass at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at 11:00 AM with visitation from 9:00 AM until Mass time. Interment will follow the service at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Covington, LA.
