Rita Meyer Rouyer's Obituary
Rita Meyer Rouyer passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at age 88.
Beloved wife of the late Edmond L. Rouyer. Loving mother of Carol Bollinger and Eddie Rouyer. Daughter of the late Philomena Piske Meyer and Paul Raul Meyer. Grandmother of Janelle Bollinger Lanier, Bert and Brett Bollinger, Ross and Randy Rouyer. Great-grandmother of Bailey, Brice, Alex, Matthew, Blake, Brady and Baby Rouyer. Sister of the late Betty Coates and Paul Meyer. Also survived by special angel, Cheryl Cosse’.
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 1501 W. Causeway Approach, Mandeville, LA 70471 on Friday, December 2, 2011 beginning at 10:30 AM with Mass at 12:30 PM.
Interment will follow in Mandeville City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mrs. Rouyer be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness-St. Tammany, 1222 Florida St., Mandeville, LA 70448.
