Rita Savoca Parker's Obituary
Rita Savoca Parker passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, March 9, 2017. She was born on Christmas Day, 1927 in New Orleans, LA to Katie Manno and Joseph Savoca and was a resident of St. Bernard Parish for over 60 years before moving to Madisonville, LA in 2005.
The beloved wife of the late Edward A. "Jack" Parker, she is survived by one son and daughter-in-law - Richard Parker and Elizabeth Deichmann Parker; her granddaughter - Ricci Lynn Parker; and one great granddaughter - Riley Payton Parker,
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one brother - Joseph Savoca, Jr.; and two sisters - Bernadine Fourmaux Brady and Shirley Savoca Hayward.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral mass at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433.
Visiting hours on Tuesday will begin at 5:00 PM.
